Mike, an executive at Iowa City, was working in his office. It was half past five on a Friday. Everybody had already left for home. He heard a loud roar. He accessed the internet and googled for the current weather conditions. There was a tornado warning for his county. Hurriedly, he took shelter.

Be aware of the current weather conditions: 

• Listen to television newscasts, local radio or NOAA (National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration) weather radio.
• Check online sources

Be aware of any danger signs:

• Dark usually greenish sky
• Large hail
• Dark, large funnel-shaped cloud
• Loud roar like that of a freight train

The best bet is to seek shelter immediately as Mike did!!
