Updates to ArcGIS Field Maps are released throughout the year for both the Field Maps mobile app and the Field Maps Designer web app. The Field Maps mobile app is supported on Android and iOS devices, and the Field Maps Designer web app is supported on ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise.

Mobile app—24.1.2 (Android)
The 24.1.2 release of the Field Maps mobile app on Android includes the following:
- Use the in-app camera when capturing photo and video attachments.

Mobile app—24.1.1 (Android, iOS)
The 24.1.1 release of the Field Maps mobile app on Android and iOS includes various bug fixes and improvements, including the following:
Mobile app—24.1.0 (Android, iOS, and Windows 11)
The 24.1.0 release of the Field Maps mobile app on Android, iOS, and Windows 11 includes the following:
- Display read-only text on the form.
- Work with maps that have the markup tool disabled.
- Various bug fixes and improvements including the following:
Web app—ArcGIS Online
The latest version of the Field Maps Designer web app on ArcGIS Online was released in February 2024. It includes the following:
- Define the coordinate system used when creating layers.
- Determine whether m-values are stored when creating layers.
- Add Info elements to provide read-only text on the form.
- Disable the markup tool to prevent mobile workers from capturing sketches and notes on the map.
- Reorder layers on the map and manage group layers.
- Various bug fixes and improvements.
Web app—ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3
The Field Maps Designer web app on ArcGIS Enterprise 11.3 was released in May 2024. It includes the following:
- Create an empty map on the Maps page and add new or existing layers on the Forms page.
- Define the coordinate system used when creating layers.
- Determine whether m-values are stored when creating layers.
- Reorder layers on the map and manage group layers.
- Add Info elements to provide read-only text on the form.
- Add and edit ranges and lists of values on new and existing form elements.
- Disable the markup tool to prevent mobile workers from capturing sketches and notes on the map.
- Set the default map extent when mobile workers open the map.
- Use the improved Offline page to prepare maps for download. Improvements include enhanced checks to ensure the map is ready for offline use.
- Various bug fixes and improvements.
