Available with the ArcGIS Indoors Spaces extension.
You can ask for feedback on space plans and occupant moves by adding other members from your organization as reviewers. Reviewers can see a list of moves, add or reply to comments, and accept or reject the plan.
Only the plan owner can add or remove reviewers.
Note:
Plans must be shared with your organization and reviewers need to have privileges associated with the default role of Data Editor or higher to open plans. If they are assigned a custom role, the edit privilege for features needs to be enabled to open plans.

Accept a plan
After reviewing a plan and adding comments, reviewers can choose to accept or not accept the plan. Whether reviewers accept or do not accept the plan provides feedback to the plan owner but does not affect whether the plan can be merged. Only users with merge permissions can merge the plan.

- Click the Review tab.
- Click Reviewers.
- Browse to your name in the list of reviewers and click Accept to accept the plan or Not Accept to reject the plan.
An Accepted icon appears next to your name if you accepted the plan and a Not accepted icon appears if you did not accept the plan. You can later update your choice by clicking a different option.
Other reviewers and the plan owner can see the list of reviewers and whether they accepted the plan, did not accept the plan, or have not yet responded.
