If you are a mission owner or mission administrator, you can delete your mission from the View Missions tab. You cannot delete a mission if you do not own it or are not the mission administrator. If you delete a single mission, you have the option to keep mission data of your choice.
Delete a single mission
You can keep the data of a mission during the deletion process. This option only appears if you delete one mission at a time. You can keep the following data:
- Mission Dashboard
- Mission Web Map
- Layers (Chats, Logs, Presence, Tasks, Tracks)
- Reports
The Mission Item will always be deleted and cannot be deselected. You can expand Layers and Reports to select specific options. To delete a mission and keep data, complete the following steps:
- Select your mission.
- Click Delete Mission.
A modal appears.
- Click Delete selected items.
Options to unselect data appear. All options are checked by default.
- You can expand layers and reports, selecting specific options. If one specific layer or report is unchecked, the layer or report check boxes deselect.
- Click Delete to confirm your deletion.
A notification appears stating you successfully deleted your mission.
All unchecked items will be preserved in the mission's content folder under the Content tab of the portal home app..
Delete multiple missions
To delete multiple missions , complete the following steps:
- Locate your missions.
Use the search bar to search for your missions or sort by mission owner.
- Select your missions.
As you select your missions, the total amount selected appears above.
- Click Delete Mission.
A confirmation dialog box appears.
- Click Delete to confirm your deletion.
A notification appears stating you successfully deleted your missions.
