To use ArcGIS Workforce, your device, ArcGIS account, and data must meet the requirements below. You can use the app in any of the supported languages.
Device requirements
Workforce has a web app as well as a mobile app, available on Android and iOS.
Web app
Using the web app, project owners configure Workforce projects and dispatchers create and assign work. For the best performance, use the latest version of one of the following browsers:

Note:
Microsoft Edge Legacy is only supported in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 and earlier.

Mobile apps
Mobile workers in the field use the mobile app to review and complete their assignments.

ArcGIS account requirements
Using Workforce in the office with the web app or in the field with the mobile app requires an ArcGIS organizational account (ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise). ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 or later are supported.
Project owner account requirements
Project owners (who create Workforce projects) must be administrators or publishers in their organization. If using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1, they can have a Creator or GIS Professional user type. For earlier versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, they must be level 2 members.
Dispatcher account requirements
Dispatchers (who use the web app to create and assign assignments) must have the edit features and join groups privileges (either Features > Edit or Features > Edit with full control along with Groups > Join organizational groups). If using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1, they can have an Editor, Mobile Worker, Creator, or GIS Professional user type. For earlier versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, they must be level 2 members.
Mobile worker account requirements
Mobile workers (who complete assignments in the field) must have the edit features and join groups privileges (either Features > Edit or Features > Edit with full control along with Groups > Join organizational groups). If using ArcGIS Online or ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1, they must have a license for ArcGIS Workforce. The license is included for Mobile Worker, Creator, and GIS Professional user types. It is available for Editors with an add-on license. For earlier versions of ArcGIS Enterprise, mobile workers must be level 2 members.
Supported languages
Arabic¹, Bosnian², Chinese—Simplified and Traditional (Hong Kong and Taiwan), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian², Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hebrew¹, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian², Lithuanian², Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Romanian, Russian, Serbian², Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese.
The language used by the web app is determined by your browser's language setting if you're not signed into an ArcGIS organization. If you are signed in, the language is determined by the language settings of your ArcGIS user profile. The language used by the mobile app (Android or iOS) is determined by your device's language setting.
